Health and Safety standards are maintained through a process of regular training and management support with policy and procedural audit supported by external consultants. Production of Method Statements and Risk Assessments is expected and we encourage this down to operative level to ensure that Health and Safety policy is not treated purely as an exercise. Health and Safety in the workplace is supported at the highest level within the company.
